Questions about our events...
Can my group or class schedule a visit?
Yes! Events can be scheduled for groups of 10 or more from May 1 - September 30.
We would love to have you visit. A fee is charged for private group visits.
Please contact us for more details and to schedule your visit.
Is there a charge for public events or programs?
No. All public events and programs are free to the public. Donations are greatly appreciated.
Can I assist with an event or program?
We love volunteers! Please go to our Volunteer Page to see how you can help.
Is the Schoolhouse handicap accessible?
Being a historical building, the schoolhouse is not ADA compliant. There is a 6" step to the landing and another 6" step into the schoolhouse with no handrails. Individuals with mobility issues are welcome to park on the grass near the door instead of the parking area. There are no restrooms on the property.
Are you a Stanhope Alumni and want to schedule a visit? We can make that happen...
